V-Belt Pulleys

V-Belt Pulleys are produced in various types (based on belt type and width) in standard series and dimensions of SPZ (10), SPA (13), SPB (17), SPC (22), 3V, 5V, 8V profiles. All recommended V-belt pulleys are manufactured according to ISO 4183 and DIN 2211 standards. The material used in production is cast iron EN-GJL-250 (GG25) and they are manufactured with tapered bushings. Our V-Belt Pulleys can be used for applications up to a speed of 35 m/s. Due to being produced on CNC or automatic lathe machines, the pulley dimensions are highly precise. For higher speeds, it is strongly recommended to use STEEL as the construction material. All our pulleys are balanced statically on computerized balancing machines according to ISO 1940 standards, with a balance grade of G6.3. Upon customer request, dynamic balancing can also be performed. After the production process, all our pulleys are coated with MANGANESE PHOSPHATE for corrosion protection.
